Letchworth State Park, a.k.a. as the Grand Canyon of the East, is one of the most scenic natural attractions in the State of New York and provides a beautiful setting for hiking, biking, sightseeing, and camping. The Genesee River travels through a deep gorge falling over tall cliffs producing magnificent waterfalls. The campground consists of over 270 electric sites that can accommodate tents and trailers up to 50 feet max length. The sites are also equipped with picnic tables and fire pits. Other campground amenities include flush toilets, showers, laundry, dump station, convenience store, restaurant, playground, and more. The sites are $24-$26 per night depending on site selection. The sites can be reserved up until a day before arrival. There are also rental cabins available in other parts of the park.
